Privileges


Group A shares, which constitute 15% of total shares, have the privilege to nominate candidates for the Board of Directors and voting privileges in the general assembly meetings. Group B shares, which constitute 10% of total shares, have voting privileges at the general assembly meetings. Group C shares do not have any privileges.

If the Board of Directors consists of five members, two members; if it consists of six or seven members, three members; if it consists of eight or nine members, four members; if it consists of ten or eleven members, five members are elected from among the candidates nominated by the majority of Group (A) shareholders.

Group (A) shareholders or their proxies present at the ordinary and extraordinary general assembly meetings shall have 15 (Fifteen) voting rights for each share, Group (B) shareholders or their proxies shall have 10 (Ten) voting rights for each share and Group (C) shareholders or their proxies shall have 1 (One) voting right for each share.
