Dear Shareholders,

The most important agenda of our sector is climate change and drought. In the current year, thanks to the acceleration in precipitation in April-June, there was no decline in production. However, the effects of climate change will continue to be felt in the long term. For this reason, it has gained importance in the sustainability roadmap to focus on renewable energy investments to reduce the carbon footprint. Söke Un's 11,000 KW solar power plant in Konya/ Ilgın was commissioned.

This power plant is expected to meet 97% of Söke's total electricity consumption in 2023. Both SPP and WPP projects are under construction within Ulusoy Un. In the first quarter of 2025, we plan to commission these projects. When these facilities are completed, it will be possible to meet the entire consumption of our group and generate income by selling the excess to the system.

Founded by my father Fahrettin Ulusoy, Ulusoy Flourhas transformed from a small grain shop into a global company. We continue to walk on this path started by my dear father Fahrettin Ulusoy with the same determination and excitement. It is a great honor and responsibility for me and my family to carry my father's legacy and to continue the value Ulusoy Un has added to these lands. Our respect for our company's past and our belief in the future drive us forward at every step.


We are confident that our Söke brand, which entered the 2024 list of Brand Finance, the international brand evaluation organization, as Turkey's 82nd most valuable brand this year, will continue its success in the coming period. Under this valuable Söke brand, we attach great importance to R&D studies both in expanding our product range and in our existing products. In all our work we do with a consumer health-oriented brand focus, we continue to work on cookies with new flavors, gluten-free products developed in different ranges, and flour with reduced moisture every day. By stepping into the bakery products sector with the Söke cookie group, we want to carry our leadership in the flour sector to the bakery products sector.
