Türkiye Youth Awards, organized for the 8th time this year by MCD Youth Agency, found their winners. 12 million 443 thousand 218 votes were cast in the Türkiye Youth Awards, which had 34 categories in total. According to the award results, which included 10 candidates in each category, the "Best Young Businessman of the Year" was awarded to Ulusoy Un and Söke Chairman Dr. Eren Günhan became Ulusoy.

Ulusoy Un, which acquired Söke in 2022 and closed the year with a sales revenue of 20.4 billion TL, recently invested in a new factory in the earthquake zone. Ulusoy Un and Söke Chairman of the Board of Directors Dr. Eren Günhan Ulusoy was selected as the "Best Young Businessman of the Year" at the 8th Turkey Youth Awards organized by MCD Youth Agency this year. 12 million 443 thousand 218 votes were cast in the Türkiye Youth Awards, which had 34 categories in total. In the competition where there were 10 candidates in each category, 5 candidates were selected during the nomination process held on www.turkiyegenclikodulleri.com between 15 November 2022 and 30 January 2023. The remaining 5 candidates were determined by a special jury. Approximately 183 thousand young people participated in the candidate selection process and submitted their names. Making a statement on the subject, Ulusoy Un and Söke Chairman of the Board of Directors Dr. Eren Günhan Ulusoy said, “It is obvious that experience and knowledge may be at more limited levels in young managers compared to experienced managers. However, it should also be noted that dynamism is extremely important, especially in order to adapt more quickly to the opportunities and innovations of the digital age. I advise my friends who are on their way to becoming managers to constantly follow innovations, improve themselves, and work hard at their jobs without losing the excitement of the first day. At the same time, they should use every minute of their time productively, without forgetting how valuable time is. Before starting a business, they should not hesitate to make risk calculations and take initiatives. Business life is a race and there are always competitors who can take advantage of existing opportunities with less risk. Therefore, relying on knowledge and experience and taking the initiative without wasting time after the risk calculation is made correctly shows the path to success.” Ulusoy Un, which consolidated its place in the research of Turkey's largest companies for 2021, became Turkey's 323rd largest exporter according to the TİM1000 list, 71st according to the Fortune 500 list and Turkey's 86th largest company according to the Capital500 research. Ulusoy Un was last ranked 28th in the "Biggest 500 Companies of Anatolia" research conducted by Ekonomist magazine. Ulusoy Un, one of Turkey's largest food companies, also has the innovation leader award of the food industry within the scope of the "Platinum Global 100 Index".
