How Was the Table Prepared?

Looking at the developments on a company basis, the balance sheets for the first quarter of 2016 were completed. These balance sheets are an important criterion for those who intend to open new positions in this period when the index is below 80,000. Setting off from this, the Economist Magazine analyzed the balance sheets of companies under three headings. Sales revenue, operating profit and net profit ratios were taken into account in these analyses.

In the study conducted on the balance sheet data of the first quarter of 2015 and the first quarter of 2016, industrial companies were taken as a basis. Based on the data for the first quarter of 2016, companies with a turnover of less than TL 25 million and negative operating profit and net profit, and companies that performed below the previous year's performance in all three items were excluded from the list. For example, a company with a turnover of more than 25 million TL and a high increase was excluded from the list if there was a tension in its net profit or operating profit.
