ULUSOY UN IS AT IBAKTECH!

The 14th International Bread, Pastry Machinery, Ice Cream, Chocolate and Technologies Fair (IBAKTECH), which is the world's second largest fair in its field, opens its doors on Wednesday, April 24 at the Istanbul Expo Center. According to Capital magazine's 2022 Capital500 research, Ulusoy Un, Turkey's fourth largest food company in terms of turnover, is taking its place at stand 601 in Hall 6.

IBAKTECH, which is held every two years and offers many advanced technological products for the sector such as bread, cake additives, dough machines, chocolate equipment, packaging machines and decor materials, is the second largest in the world and the largest in Eurasia. The fair, which is preparing to open its doors for the 14th time, is expected to host over 300 exhibitors and over 500 brands from countries such as Italy, France, Germany, Slovenia, China, Iran and Syria, and host more than 80 thousand visitors. Ulusoy Un, Turkey's fourth largest food company in terms of turnover, is also participating in the fair, which will be held between 24-27 April at Istanbul Expo Center, according to Capital magazine's 2022 Capital500 research. Ulusoy Un, which is preparing to take its place at the stand number 601 in Hall 6, will exhibit the product range it has developed and will present the bread, bagels, yeast products, pastries, pizzas and cookies it produces in the workshop area to its visitors. On April 24-25, the production stages of different and delicious bread varieties of Chef Sedat Dereci from Ekmek İskelesi, who has made a name for himself in artisan bread making, will be explained and offered to visitors in the workshop area.
