Evaluating a logistics and organizational opportunity has made Turkey the largest flour exporter country at the moment… Yes, you heard right, Turkey makes about one-third of the world's total flour export today. Moreover, by importing wheat! As for the 'fateful' truth of the matter. The fact that our neighbor Russia is the largest wheat exporter and that they need Turkish logistics at the only exit door of the large wheat plantations around the Crimea and the Azov Sea has a role in this.
